I have been helping people lose weight for over 15 years now. I, myself, used to be overweight so I can relate to people and their situations and that feeling of despair, lack of control and anger at oneself for not being able to stick with a program. I know what it’s like. I used to be the constant dieter who promised herself that I would start Monday. Well, Monday never came until my mid-20’s and then the light bulb clicked and before I knew it I was making a career in fitness and helping people find the switch to their light bulb.

Choose to Lose Diet Program:
My "Choose To Lose" Diet Plan is a blend of all the diets that I have been on personally. Accompanied with the latest research on weight loss I have developed a program that is easy to follow using foods that are easy to prepare. This program is perfect for those looking to lose 10-15 pounds.

This program involves:

  • Your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which is the number of calories that you need in a day to maintain your current weight. This number is different for every individual, and is an important number to know when trying to lose weight. Once you know how many calories you need to maintain the status quo, then it's a simple mathematical equation to find out how many calories you require to lose 1, 2 or even 5 pounds a week. In my experience, knowing your BMR can be the difference between success and disappointment.
  • 30 days of online support - think of me as you own personal cheerleader. I'm here to listen to you rant, as well as to answer any questions that you may have and to motivate you on those days when you feel like throwing in the towel.
  • 4-weeks of weekly weigh ins - to keep you accountable to more than just yourself
  • A full, daily eating program emailed to you direct, as well as over 40 recipes supporting the program.
