Group training is THE most affordable way to reach your fitness goals. All of Fitness with PJ's Group Programs consist of full-body, compound movements taught in a highly challenging circuit-style with zero tolerance for less than your best effort. These classes are effective, fun and just a little humbling. But, most of all, they’re a great way to burn fat, challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level.

| Shape Up Program |
$199 (Early Bird) |
The Shape Up program runs a few times a year and is one of my most popular programs! The 6-week program runs 3x's week at a variety of outdoor venues around the Tsawwassen area. One workout we may be at the track, the next at Diefenbaker and the following workout at Feed Gingell stairs. The idea is to keep challenging and confusing your muscles so that you see results. |
