Kalorie Killer Small Group Training - July Special Classes
This 60 minute class is a personal training experience in a small group setting. Taught in groups of 4 this calorie blasting circuit workout will have you hitting hit every muscle group as you rotate through different stations using a variety of fitness equipment and your own bodyweight. It’s the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and pure strength training to challenge any fitness level.
Classes run for 4-weeks, once a week - $80

Couple's Choose to Lose Weight Loss Challenge - a Success!
Congratulations to the 42 people who embarked on a weight loss journey and challenge last January. For 8 weeks they competed to lose the most percentage of weight. In addition to cash prizes, for the top 3 losers, we also awarded weekly prizes for people who completed the Weekly Challenges. All were a success!
In total the group lost 625 pounds and everyone had a great time at both workouts. Thanks to the group for being so supportive of each and for being so motivating for all of us. You should all be proud of yourselves!
