⇒ Next Challenge Kicks Off January 8th, 2012            The Weight Loss Challenge is a 6-week challenge where you compete against others to lose the most percentage of weight. A mass weigh-in kicks off the Challenge and then weekly emails and motivating tips are delivered to you while you put yourself through your own diet and workout plan to be the biggest loser and win the pot. Each participant puts in a nominal fee to participate and that money is then put into a pot. At the end of the competition the individuals who lose the most percentage of body weight win the pot - 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes are awarded. 

Anyone may join, you do not have to be a client of PJ's. The idea of the competition is to keep you focused and give you a prize to strive for (other than losing that body fat for good!). Money does talk and it will motivate you to lose - trust me I have seen it with every Challenge that I run!

30 Day Challenge© $280 Want to take your fitness to the next level? This 30 Day Challenge© involves a 5 day a week workout program for a 30 day period. You will meet with PJ once a week for a total of four weeks, to learn your workouts for the following 5 days and then continue on your own. Not only do you get in the best shape of your life in 30 days, you will have 6 customized workout programs that you can continue with after the 30 days is over. If you are committed and dedicated, this program will get you the results that you are looking for! Please note that you must have some fitness experience for this program. 4 sessions.
6-Week Challenge $990

Getting ready for an event? Need to get fit, but you don't have a lot of time to do it in? The 6-Week Challenge program involves meeting with PJ 3 times a week, for 6 weeks, for an intensive 55 minute training program and PJ's "Choose to Lose©" diet program. You will not have to think about your workouts at all. PJ will design a progressive workout program so that you see results. This program is not for the uninspired, though, but if you do have the desire and are willing to work, you will be love the results that it produces. 18 sessions + diet program.
